Who is responsible?

The contact form

When you send a message we use your details (name, email, optionally phone, preferred dates and your message) to answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying. We do not store the message on the website – it is sent as an email and deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest after 24 months.

Booking

Bookings are made with Airbnb or Booking.com. When you click a booking button you leave our website and they process your data under their own policies.

Cookies and statistics

We use necessary cookies/storage to remember your language and cookie choice. These do not require consent.

If you say yes to statistics, we use PostHog (EU servers, via our own server) for anonymous measurements of which pages are used and what leads guests on to booking. No names, emails or other direct personal data are collected, and the data is not used for advertising. If you say no, we only count anonymously and without cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to object and withdraw consent. Contact us, or complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
